Job summary

General Films is seeking a Bag-in-Box Account Manager for the Midwest to expand market share and drive revenue growth across the territory. You will build strategic relationships with customers, develop comprehensive sales plans, and champion solution-based offerings in bags, filling equipment, and customization.

You will partner with operations to align forecasts, manage campaigns, and support demand planning while representing the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with revenue growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience required.
• Knowledge of Bag-in-Box and packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Bag-in-Box in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with site management for demand forecasts.
• Represent General Films at industry events and customer meetings.
