General Films is seeking a Bag-in-Box Account Manager (West Region) to drive growth across assigned territories from a remote/home office in the United States. You will build strong customer relationships, develop strategic plans, and champion our Bag-in-Box solutions. Expect travel to key accounts and industry events as needed.

The role emphasizes market development, pipeline execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• Associate degree required in related field.
• B2B sales experience with revenue growth required.
• Bag-in-Box and packaging knowledge preferred.
• Experience in the dairy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Bag-in-Box across territories.
• Achieve year-over-year sales growth in the Bag-in-Box line.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify target accounts and market segments for growth.
• Lead initiatives tied to Bag-in-Box capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate across teams and represent General Films at events.
