Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in trays.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact with guests and notify managers of concerns.
• Follow dress code, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout orders when needed.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
