P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring a Backwaiter to support our dining room team in Huntsville, TN. You will deliver food promptly, assist with dining room cleanliness, and keep service stations stocked, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. Must be at least 18 years old, and be able to stand, reach, bend, balance and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and inform managers of concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders when necessary.
• Assist with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
