Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Administrative Coordinator to support in-store accounting and cash handling in a fast-paced retail environment. You will cover the Administrative Coordinator during absences and help ensure accuracy in daily and weekly sales reports.

The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and bookkeeping software. Weekend availability is a plus.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma; associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle cash and generate accurate reports.
• Strong communication and numerical skills; proficient with office tech and bookkeeping software.

Mansioni

• Back-up in-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Assist cash and funds control in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator.
• Verify accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings for business transactions.
