Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as business needs
• Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize discrepancies in reports
• Cash handling and security in the office area; prepares daily/weekly cash reports
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity; ensure customer service standards and accuracy of store functions
• Strong communication, both verbal and written; numeric aptitude; operate calculator and office equipment
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with bookkeeping software

Responsibilities

• In-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements
• Act as Backup Administrative Coordinator in absence of the Senior Coordinator
• Check accuracy of figures, calculations and postings for business transactions
• Manage cash and funds control according to Sprouts policies
• Support store operations with timely and correct reports; cover weekend shifts
• Execute other duties as needed
