Job summary

Marshalls in Ocean Township, NJ is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will work as a team to deliver an excellent customer experience, process shipments, tag and stock merchandise, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask, lift heavy objects, and adapt to a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Engage customers and provide exceptional service
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise and ensure proper stock rotation
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention standards
