Job summary

Marshalls in Clovis, NM is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring the customer experience is exceptional and the store remains clean and organized.

You will train and mentor Associates on merchandising, properly tag and code merchandise, organize backstock, monitor productivity, and communicate priorities with the management team to maintain efficient flow and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
• Promotes safety and adherence to store policies
