Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Retail Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and support an excellent customer experience. You will engage customers, maintain a clean store, and model outstanding service while working with a team to process shipments and replenish the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
