Job summary

Marshalls in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and keep a clean, organized store. You will engage customers and help maintain an efficient flow of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
