Job summary

Marshalls in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a store associate focused on receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and a great customer experience. You’ll work with a team to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and support in training Associates on merchandising principles.

You will prioritize truck deliveries, ensure accurate tagging and stocking, and uphold safety and loss-prevention measures while collaborating with management to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, with at least 1 year in a store setting.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects and train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains store organization.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritzes merchandise onto the floor.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, security, and code accuracy of merchandise.
• Supports management to meet store priorities and safety requirements.
