Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a capable team member to support receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently and customers have a positive experience. You will help train staff, organize backroom operations, and maintain clean, safe store conditions.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership exposure is preferred, with the opportunity to contribute to store

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Support store operations and adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
