Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and store team.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change per SOP.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Upholds merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Provides and accepts constructive feedback and follows labor policies.
• Supports shrink reduction and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
