Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on backend or platform software engineering experience.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating shared backend services in production.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, or entitlement capabilities.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python/TypeScript/Go/Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and entitlement controls.
• Develop secure data access interfaces for governed data.
• Create reusable components and stable platform interfaces.
• Develop event-driven and telemetry capabilities for monitoring.
• Support evaluation-based development and release readiness.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with standards.
• Own production deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Contribute to platform architecture and engineering best practices.
• Transfer knowledge and maintainable code to internal teams.
• Work with external partners to integrate platform capabilities.
