Job summary

Pioneering Evolution, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to own meaningful pieces of the SyncCore platform from design through production. You will build APIs, shape data flows, and collaborate with senior engineers.

The role emphasizes backend depth with C#/.NET, EF Core, and event-driven patterns, while allowing growth into architecture decisions. Hybrid work with a few days at our Arlington HQ, 2550 S. Clark Street.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core skills.
• Ability to build REST APIs and backend services independently.
• Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
• Strong relational database fundamentals.
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.
• Ability to deliver a production-ready feature end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful pieces of the platform or SyncPoint modules from design through production.
• Build APIs, design event-driven workflows, and collaborate with architects.
• Translate real-world problems into software that operators rely on.
• Work with senior engineers to shape technical outcomes.
