Job summary

Pioneering Evolution in Arlington, VA is seeking entry-level engineers to help build SyncCore and SyncPoint, connecting data, systems, workflows, and decisions across mission environments. You will learn fast and contribute to real programs with real money and real decisions.

You will write production code, participate in design discussions, review code with experienced engineers, and gradually own features as your skills grow. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software development and OOP.
• Experience with C# or other statically typed languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of web applications, HTTP, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Ability to approach problems systematically and articulate gaps.
• Professional experience through internships, co-ops, academics, or projects.
• Prior experience with .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, EF, RabbitMQ, or Azure (training available).
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across technologies.
