Job summary

Pioneering Evolution is seeking Software Engineers across junior to senior levels to build secure, modern enterprise software for the SyncPoint program. You will work with .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and RabbitMQ, delivering feature-rich backend and frontend solutions.

We value fundamentals and learning ability, with Senior roles offering technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture input. Onsite work in the Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience for Junior Engineers.
• 3+ years for Mid-Level Engineers, demonstration of independent feature delivery.
• 7+ years for Senior Engineers with mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern enterprise software using .NET and Angular.
• Develop REST APIs, backend services, and application logic.
• Implement persistence with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Build integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop asynchronous and event-driven features using RabbitMQ.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile planning and sprint activities.
