Pioneering Evolution in Arlington, VA is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to help build SyncCore and SyncPoint. You’ll work on the Mission OS stack with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Azure Government.

This role is ideal for engineers starting their careers who want hands-on code with real impact. You will join either the platform team or one of the module teams, learn by doing, and gradually own features as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software development and OO programming.
• Experience with C# or other statically typed languages like Java or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of web applications, HTTP, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Ability to work through problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Professional experience through internships, co-ops, academics, or projects.
• Exposure to .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, EF, RabbitMQ, or Azure is a plus.
