Job summary

Pioneering Evolution, LLC is building a Mission OS named SyncCore and a modular ecosystem SyncPoint to support complex federal mission environments. We seek a senior engineer who will own significant components, shape architecture, and drive secure, observable, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, hands-on team.

You will work on architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems, mentoring others and delivering high-impact features.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced C# and modern .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Strong enterprise backend and REST API development at scale.
Deep relational data and ORM experience, including design and performance work.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of significant capabilities across SyncCore or SyncPoint—from architecture and domain modeling through APIs, event-driven workflows, data persistence, user experience, testing, deployment, and production performance.
Decide how services communicate, where boundaries belong, how data moves through the system, and how we build software that stays secure, observable, maintainable, and extensible as the platform grows.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, perform thoughtful code reviews, and establish useful architectural patterns.
