Job summary

Forman Mills Inc is seeking a Backend Associate to support receiving and backroom operations. You will hang and process new merchandise, maintain a clean back area and assist with staging pallets and layaways while delivering friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, sorting cartons by department, ticketing merchandise, and ensuring accurate scanning to minimize inventory adjustments; cross-trained duties on register and fitting room may occur as needed.

Qualifications

Must have basic math and ability to count money.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High energy, positive attitude, friendly and courteous.
Must be 18 years or older.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

Unload / load trucks and maintain an orderly loading dock.
Breakdown truck deliveries by sorting cartons by departments on pallets.
Stage sorted pallets to be processed and ensure processing tables have hangers.
Removal of trash, empty pallets, and baling cardboard as needed.
Perform maintenance duties when needed and ensure accurate scanning to prevent inventory adjustments.
Cross train on the register and assist with fitting room and salesfloor recovery.
