Job summary

Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Backend Associate in our Receiving department. You will hang and process merchandise, ensuring accuracy and adherence to productivity standards while maintaining a clean backroom and top-notch customer service.

You will be involved in unloading/loading trucks, staging pallets, tagging merchandise, and assisting customers. Physical tasks include lifting and standing for extended periods, with cross-training across store areas as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities are essential.
• Ability to safely use a carton knife and price ticketing tools.
• Excellent people skills and professional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks and maintain a clean, organized backroom.
• Sort and stage merchandise by department for processing.
• Tag, ticket, and verify merchandise against carton labels.
• Assist customers with a positive, helpful attitude and greet them warmly.
• Cross-train on register, fitting room, and salesfloor duties as needed.
