Job summary

Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee all backroom functions including receiving, processing, tagging, and ensuring 24-hour door-to-floor (DTF) delivery.

You will work with the Store Manager/Co-ASM to schedule the backroom and maintain productivity while controlling costs. The role requires at least 1 year of freight processing experience in a retail setting, strong people skills, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of managing a freight processing environment in a retail setting.
• High energy and hands-on leadership style.
• Computer skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and Door-to-Floor (DTF) targets.
• Ensure 24-hour DTF fulfillment from receiving to sales floor.
• Schedule backroom to workload while adhering to budgeted hours.
• Oversee daily backroom activities including receiving, processing, and tagging per guidelines.
• Maintain backroom organization and inspect stock areas; manage inventory and productivity.
