Job summary

Forman Mills Inc is seeking a Back End Supervisor to manage the backroom receiving, tagging, and processing functions. You will ensure 24-hour door-to-floor flow, coordinate with store management, and monitor productivity and policy compliance.

You will lead daily briefings, coach performance, and maintain backroom organization while upholding customer service standards and loss prevention. This role requires flexibility in hours and physical capability for lifting and movement of stock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in managing freight processing in retail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour (CPH) and DTF goals.
• Ensure door-to-floor in 24 hours.
• Schedule backroom to workload and manage labor hours within budget.
• Direct daily backroom activities including receiving, processing and tagging.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness, organization and stockroom areas.
• Lead morning huddles and coach underperforming staff.
• Enforce company initiatives and customer service standards.
• Audits and enforces safety and loss prevention policies.
