Job summary

Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Department Lead for the Receiving department. You will ensure merchandising directives are executed, maintain signs and pricing, and support a courteous, fast shopping experience. You may assist other departments as needed by management.

You will train team members, oversee merchandise presentation, and coordinate with receiving to prioritize hot items. Expect varied hours, including weekends and holidays, and physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and accurate change skills are essential.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities needed.
• Experience leading a small team encouraged, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank each customer in a courteous, positive manner.
• Train and develop department staff in all tasks.
• Maintain merchandise presentation as directed by management.
• Verify fixture signing for accuracy.
• Ensure safe and efficient floor moves and floor plans.
