Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Department Lead in the Receiving department. The role focuses on merchandising directives, pricing accuracy, and inventory management to support a courteous, fast, and friendly customer experience.

You will train staff across shifts, ensure mask-free presentation and compliance with store policies, and assist in other store areas as needed. This position requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills: count money and make change.
• Strong communication and people skills to handle customers and team.
• Ability to train and develop team members in all department tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, assist, and thank customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Train and develop all team members in the department.
• Manage merchandise presentation as directed by management.
• Verify pricing and signing on fixtures.
• Ensure safe and efficient floor moves and housekeeping of the area.
• Present new freight within 24 hours of receiving it.
• Communicate priorities of hot/fashion merchandise to store management.
• Update selling and non-selling merchandise with management guidance.
• Ensure price changes are applied on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Report dishonest behavior to management or loss prevention.
• Communicate tasks to department staff and management.
