Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, including leadership of backend or platform teams
• Experience with high-throughput distributed systems and data pipelines
• Interest or experience in applied AI in production systems
• Platform-product mindset and design of dependable interfaces
• Security-minded architecture for untrusted input and data protection
• Operational excellence with reliability and observability
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams

• Own vision and strategy for content ingestion, evolving a real-time AI-native system
