Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking a CUT Back Server who delivers exceptional dining experiences with enthusiasm and a passion for guest service. The role reports to the General Manager of CUT, and work authorization for the Beverly Hills location is required.

The Back Server will support front servers, assist with menu knowledge, and participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Hourly compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Work authorization for Beverly Hills location is required.
• Hospitality/service experience is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Assist Front Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the outlet efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations and knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Responsibilities

The Back Server provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The Back Server aids front servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Transport food from the kitchen to the outlet in an efficient and accurate manner
• Assist Front Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Assemble table and place settings to ensure that they are always clean, safe, and orderly
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
