Burlington is hiring a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations, receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow. You will guide associates, ensure cleanliness and safety, and reinforce asset protection within a growing store network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage and promote safety.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in workload planning.
• Coordinate community relations participation and monitor schedule adherence.
