This full-time role partners with Store Management to drive results and develop a high-performing team. As a supervisor, you will coach associates, enforce safety and policy standards, participate in recruitment, and help plan weekly workloads.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude for team leadership.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Aufgaben

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Coach associates, direct workload, and oversee productivity and merchandise protection.
• Involve in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations initiatives.
