Job summary

Burlington Stores in Forestville, MD is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will direct associates, plan weekly workloads, uphold safety and asset protection, and foster teamwork and partnerships while supporting recruiting, onboarding and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages and promote safety.
