Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor. You will work closely with Store Management as a primary leader in the Back of House, driving productivity, safety, and policy adherence.

You will coach associates, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and participate in workload planning to support store performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift/store merchandise weighing 40 lbs+; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct and coordinate associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
