Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team and collaborate with Store Management. This role guides operations, enforces standards, and drives teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting such as off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture built on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload; maintain productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
