Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area. You’ll work closely with Store Management as the main leader of the back room, guiding workflows and team performance to ensure accurate and timely merchandise flow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages and protect inventory.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload, coach in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
