Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and partner with Store Management.

You will direct unloading, receiving, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor, while coaching associates and upholding safety and standards. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail (off-price, big box, or specialty).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and shrink control initiatives.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct associates, plan workload, and monitor productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
