Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team. You’ll work closely with store management, directing receiving, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor while upholding safety, cleanliness, and inventory integrity.

This role is a stepping-stone to management with growth opportunities across our expanding organization. We value strong leadership, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to coaching associates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment (off-price, big box, or specialty).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back‑of‑house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages and loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Direct workload and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coach and recognize associates; participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
