Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house/receiving area and oversee daily operations with store management.

You will guide team members, ensure efficient merchandise flow, and uphold safety and asset protection policies. Applicants should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related retail setting, be able to lift 40 lbs+, and work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, flowing goods to sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
