Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house receiving and merchandise flow. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with store management, and direct associates to ensure on-time delivery, clean layouts, and accurate stocking.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price retail, strong communication, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate back-of-house operations.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and set-up to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection and safety guidelines to protect associates and customers.
• Direct associates, assign workload, and monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and team meetings.
