Burlington Stores, Inc. in Kansas seeks a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House and oversee receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor. This role reports to store management and serves as a key step toward higher management in our growing organization.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for full-time shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and assist with scheduling.
