Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and partner with store management. You’ll direct daily operations, oversee merchandise flow from receiving to sales floor, and coach team members to deliver results.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression, receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings; support community relations programs.
