Job summary

Burlington's Back of House/Receiving team is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations, coordinate deliveries, and direct unloading and sorting of cartons. You will work closely with Store Management to keep receiving area organized and efficient.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or off-price settings, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail or off-price environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving items to sales floor
• Maintain back‑of‑house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates adhering to guidelines
• Direct workload and accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection
• Coach and recognize associates; participate in recruiting and onboarding
