Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct and coach associates, participate in scheduling and workload planning.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and weekly planning meetings.
