Burlington Stores, Inc. in Lexington, SC, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor who will lead the Back of House and report to store management. You’ll direct merchandise flow, ensure cleanliness, and uphold safety and asset protection while building strong teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude for team leadership.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection policies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per company guidelines.
• Direct workload and productivity, coach and recognize associates.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations initiatives.
