Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Lexington, KY.

This role leads the Back of House team, coordinating receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of goods to the sales floor, while partnering with Store Management to drive results. The position requires supervision experience in a big-box or off-price setting, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process from receiving to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Direct associates and workload to ensure productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; participate in recruiting and onboarding.
