Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in El Paso, TX. You will lead the back of house area, supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor, while partnering with store management to drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages and losses.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; monitor productivity and merchandise protection; coach and recognize good performance.
