Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Forney, TX to lead the back-of-house receiving team, oversee loading, sorting, and merch flow, and partner with store management to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; provide coaching and recognition.
