Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will direct merchandise flow, staff allocation, and flow of goods while partnering with Store Management to improve operations and customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to supervise a team across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and manage workload; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations activities through company programs and partnerships.
