Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house operations and drive merchandise flow with the store leadership team. You will supervise receiving, unloading and sorting cartons, and ensure clutter-free back-of-house standards while protecting assets.

You will play a key role in coaching associates, planning weekly workload, and supporting recruiting and onboarding. The role offers growth opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Coordinate weekly workload planning meetings.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
