Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Arlington, TX. You will lead the back-of-house team, supervise deliveries, and ensure efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.

This role reports to store leadership and serves as a key stepping-stone to management within Burlington's growing organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or big-box setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct and coach associates in workload and productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
