Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area and work closely with store management. This role is a stepping-stone to a management path within the growing Burlington organization, requiring a self-starter mindset and ability to build strong teams.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate merchandise flow, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive performance while championing teamwork and diversity across the store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate workload and direct associates and their productivity.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; participate in weekly workload planning.
