Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Princeton, NJ. You will lead the back‑of‑house team, supervise merchandise flow, and partner with store management to ensure operations run smoothly. This role focuses on leadership, teamwork, and meeting company standards.

Eligible candidates will oversee receiving, stock organization, and safety while coaching associates and supporting recruiting and onboarding. Growth opportunities exist within a expanding organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail or back‑of‑house environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work full‑time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload to optimize productivity.
• Provide coaching and recognition to associates.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
